Information we collect

• Account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo to create and secure your account.
• Resume content. The text you upload or enter — such as your work history, education, skills, and contact details — used solely to generate your resume.
• Payment records. Transaction metadata (plan, amount, status, timestamps). Card and banking details are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage data. Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To extract, optimize, and render your resume into the template you choose.
• To process one-time payments and maintain your generation and edit history.
• To provide support and keep your account and documents secure.

AI processing

To optimize your resume, the content you provide is processed by our AI engines to structure and improve your text while avoiding fabricated facts or metrics. We do not use your resume content to train our models.

Data storage and security

Your data and generated PDFs are stored with our cloud infrastructure provider using row-level security, and files are kept in private storage accessible only through short-lived signed links. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your resumes and transaction history so you can access them from your dashboard. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party providers for authentication (Google sign-in), cloud database and storage, and payment processing. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Your rights
